This page covers what happens to your information when you use this website, including the quote request form and the "join our early list" signups. We keep this simple and don't do anything with your information beyond what's described here.
If you submit the quote request form, we collect your name, email, phone number, property location, and whatever details you share about your equipment. If you just join our early list, we only collect your email address.
To respond to your inquiry, give you an honest read on whether coating makes sense for your setup, and follow up when we're ready to schedule work. If you're on the early list, we'll reach out once we're taking new jobs. We don't use your information for anything beyond that, and we don't sell or share it with outside parties.
Form submissions on this site are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, and routed to our email, which is hosted by Zoho Mail. Both are standard business tools that handle the technical delivery of your message to us — they don't use your information for their own purposes.
We don't currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site.
We keep inquiry information as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain basic business records.
Email us anytime at contact@smartprocoating.com to ask what we have on file for you, correct it, or have it deleted.
